Board Leadership: Essential Skills for Board Members and Their Trusted Advisors

Summary: Understanding, developing and demonstrating effective leadership skills in themselves and in corporate executives is of critical importance to the effective board member. An organization is often a complex network of people, but it is ultimately only as good as those who lead it.
